Che Noir - It Takes A Village (Album)

Che Noir returns with It Takes A Village, a 12-track album released through her own Poetic Movement Records. The Buffalo-born rapper and producer puts her name at the center of a project built around a wide circle of collaborators, from established voices to artists bringing their own perspective to the record.

The guest list includes Black Thought, Ransom, Bruiser Wolf, The Uce and Jynx716. Behind the boards, the album credits Havoc, Conductor Williams, Mathematics, Nottz, Chuck Strangers, DJ Design, Playa Haze, Bopman, Kage Green and A Guy Named Purple, among others.

Among the 12 tracks are Urban Essence featuring The Uce, Fame & Fiction with Black Thought, Wasted Time featuring Ransom and Magic with Bruiser Wolf. With production credits spread across the tracklist, It Takes A Village places Che Noir's writing at the heart of a collaborative release that extends beyond a single producer's sound.
