Nowaah The Flood & X Ray - Submerged Kingdom

After decades of being a hardworking MC called Nowaah the Flood, there is a nuclear disaster in Dallas causing widespread panic, destruction, and a deluge. Forced to continue his music career from a deep underwater lair Floody faces many obstacles to get the sounds from underwater, to dry land, and to the people. Scientists on dry land received esoteric signals they assumed were from outer space and other galaxies - but an ancient text revealed the origin of the strange sounds.
