Circa 97 & New Villain - Mysterioso (Official Video)

Mysterioso is a 15-minute musical film from Emancipating Vision, starring New Villain, over Circa 97 production. This noir-infused rap odyssey is about identity, imitation, and revenge. After disappearing for six months, the elusive Mysterioso returns to find a city flooded with masked imitators trying to claim his name and legacy. Blending cinematic storytelling with lyrical grit, the film explores authenticity in an era of manufactured fame — a battle between the real and the replicas, fought through rhythm, word, and shadow.

The film is currently showing in Toronto on a screening tour. ACT 1 will drop Halloween 2025 on emancipatingvisiondotcom and will be playing at the Eyesore Theatre November 23rd, 2025.
